Old Rail Bed Trail
The Old Rail Bed Trail

Trains once used this to carry freight & passengers from Renfrew thru Barry's Bay and on to Madawaska.  This makes this a wonderful trail for a stroll, brisk walk or cross country skiing.
Snowmobiles & ATV's also use this very popular trail.

A small water chute perfect for a picnic and a favourite spot in Algonquin Park for a swim

Hike from parking lot to falls on an unpaved trail. 6 km total (there and back)
Ontario Park seasonal permit or day use permit is required.
