The Stand Up program will be running at the Lions Hall in Killaloe every Monday from 1:00-2:30 pm and Wednesday from 1:00-2:00 pm. April 5th through June 26th

Stand Up consists of two classes per week as well as a pre- and post-program assessment. To achieve the optimal benefit, participants are encouraged to attend all classes. No equipment is required, but participants are advised to wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear.
Group exercise classes are led by certified instructors that focus on activities to reduce the risk of falls.
