Free

Join us in Railway Station Park for free art-making, open to all ages and all experience levels. Over the course of the summer we will create a large collaborative art-piece, with a different modality being worked with each week, including clay sculpture, papier mache, weaving with natural materials and natural dyeing.

Art From Trees With Emma Manchester
Aug 19th and 26th, 10am - 1pm
$110 (Materials Included)

In this two day workshop we will use materials harvested almost exclusively from trees, such as birch bark, wood pulp and pigments from brazil wood and logwood to create wall pieces that tell the story of our link to land and family. Techniques taught and explored will include sculpting in clay, papier mache, painting and natural-dye printing.
